ASMACS SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD (ASSPL) is a part of the Asmacs Group which has been in the business for over 30 years. It is engaged in outsourcing Engineers/Technicians and other crafts for Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance activities to world's renowned organizations involved in Hydrocarbon, Power, Steel, Cement and Heavy Infrastructure projects worldwide. We restrict ourselves in elaborating further on our parent company's activities and that the attached profile shall illustrate on the business canvas of the group, geographical presence within India and abroad.
As a business strategy and in response to the Skill India Mission, ASMACS established, Asmacs Systems Solutions PVT. Ltd during the year 2002 with an objective to train unemployed youth, school and college dropouts in various outcome based trades, and help them get employment within the domestic industries as well as overseas markets. ASSPL imparts training on various Skills/Trades like welding, fabrication, machine operation, electrical wiring/installation, marine mechanic, and civil construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, bar-bending, and a host of other trades for different industrial sectors.
ASSPL is affiliated with various sector skill councils like Apparels, BFSI (Banking and Insurance), Capital Goods Sector (welding), Construction, IPSC (Plumbing), LOGISTIC, RASCI (Retail Sector), Tourism and Hospitality (THSC), Telecom (TSSC) etc. Based on the emerging needs of trades and client,s requirements in other sectors, we seek affiliation with the related sector skill council.

WHAT WE DO

ASSPL has been involved in various job oriented government sponsored programs for Skill Development. In the past two-three years we have undertaken several training programs under the STAR, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM), ASAP and other programs of the State Governments of Odisha, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Kerala, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
We are a very prominent training provider in the State of Odisha, and are regularly training a large number of trades under the DDU-GKY program. We are also executing special projects RURAL MASON (Odisha & Maharashtra) and SAGAR MELA.
In addition to our training centers, we have Joint Ventures with several training centers that help us scaling up our training activities in different trades . Also making such crafts available for employment in domestic and overseas markets.

OUR TRAINERS

The Hallmark of ASSPL is Quality Training imparted by a team of well-experienced and certified professional Trainers, who are approved and recognized by respective Skill Councils to give instruction in an individual trade. ASSPL, as a value add to the technical training, makes it a practice to orient every trainee with safety, security and soft-skills and essential communication in the English language.

The syllabus is as recommended and approved by each Skill Council as well as recognized by Government bodies. Also, tailor-made curriculum and course contents developed and approved by skill councils to impart training to the already skilled individuals - Recognized Previous Learning - enabling to achieve a higher position with increased wage.
